Orders

You may change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. please contact us at hello@bernedco.com with your order number.

If you wish to change your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order at hello@bernedco.com! We kindly ask that you include your order number and the new address in the email.

Shipping

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 5-8 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. After your order gets shipped, it typically takes 4-8 business days for your shipments to be delivered.

All US orders ship for a flat rate of $8.99 and we offer free shipping on all US orders over $100.

We currently ship to the US.

Sometimes your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. Please check the tracking details link we sent you to see updates about your deliveries.

Returns

Any order/product issues must be reported to hello@bernedco.com within 10 business days from its delivery date and return packages must be postmarked within the 20 business days from its delivery date.

Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags attached. Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial and sent back to you.

Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or color, we ask that you return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item.
